Terms of Service

Welcome to eventi. By using the application you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The service is available inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for planning tourism in the city of Riyadh. If you are under the legal age in your country, you must obtain a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (email, password) secure.
• Sharing your account with any third party is not permitted.
• Information you provide must be accurate and current.
• Notify us immediately at info@symbolai.net if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable content

• Prohibited: impersonation, spam, abuse of the AI guide to inject offensive content or extract system data.
• Prohibited: attempting to hack the service or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Prohibited: posting fake or misleading reviews.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Purchases and payment

• Displayed prices include 15% VAT.
• Payment is currently in demo mode (mock); no actual amount will be charged to your card.
• When real payment goes live, an independent refund policy will apply, which we will announce.

6. Intellectual property

• The eventi brand, name, design, and original content are the property of SymbolAI.
• Reviews and comments you write remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them within the service.

7. AI recommendations

The AI guide provides recommendations based on your preferences, but they are not guarantees. Prices, opening hours, and event availability may change — please verify with the official source before travel or booking. We are not liable for any loss resulting from sole reliance on the recommendations.

8. Limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as-is" without express or implied warranties.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service, to the extent allowed by law.
• Our maximum liability to you in any event = the amount you paid us during the previous twelve months, or 100 SAR, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these terms, with notice via email.
• After deletion, your data is purged per the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be referred to arbitration in Riyadh under the Saudi Arbitration Law. The parties shall first attempt an amicable resolution via info@symbolai.net.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you via email and/or an in-app banner at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
